DENTON - The UNT swimming and diving teams will host a Big 12 opponent on Saturday, as the Iowa State Cyclones come to town for a meet with a 1 p.m. scheduled start.
The swimming events will take place at the Pohl Recreation Center and the 1-meter and 3-meter springboard diving events will be held across the street at the PEB Natatorium.
The meet will mark the first competition for the Mean Green since the Midseason Championships in late November, as the schedule begins ramping up to the AAC Championships next month in Dallas.
"We're excited to begin competing in the 2025 portion of our season," head coach Brittany Roth said. "The team has been working hard in the weeks since midseason prepping for this part of the year, and we're all excited to get back to racing and competing. Iowa State will bring in a strong team and be a solid challenge, giving our athletes some really great racing opportunities."
