Match Day 9 vs Army

DENTON - The UNT soccer team will begin an east coast road trip on Thursday night, as they head to West Point, New York, to take on Army before facing NJIT on Saturday. Thursday's game is set to kick off at 5 p.m., and it will mark the first time in program history the Mean Green have played a game in the state of New York.

The Mean Green (4-4-0) are coming off a 1-0 loss on Sunday afternoon at ULM.

Army will enter the match with a 4-2-1 record, including a 3-0 loss at the hands of West Virginia its last time out on Saturday. Thursday's match will be the second of a four-game streak of road games that will conclude when the Mean Green open American play at UTSA on Sept. 18.
