Was a part of the relay team that swam a time of 1:41. 22 at the C-USA Championship, the second-fastest time in program history
Previous to North Texas:
Cornelissen is a well-established swimmer, owning 24 Leongatha records, 21 national records and 70 Gippsland records across several events and age groups... At the2015 Victorian Country Short Course Championships, Cornelissen earned seven gold medals and one silver medal... Cornelissen was one of 20 athletes to represent Australia in the 2016 Oceania Championships, and helped her team to a second-place finish behind New Zealand.
