Shelby McIntyre joined North Texas in 2018 after working in football recruiting at Boise State.
Originally from South Lake Tahoe, California, McIntyre graduated from Boise State with a bachelor's degree in marketing and a master's degree in business management, and was a student-athlete competing in track and cross country. As a graduate student, she worked in recruiting for the Broncos football program.
Her parents, Debbie and Todd McIntyre, reside in South Lake Tahoe, and her brother, Brady, is a student at San Diego State University.
