Mean Green Softball Game Moved To Arlington

DENTON, Texas (3/24/10) - The North Texas softball team's game against UTA on Wednesday night has been moved to Arlington and the first pitch has been moved up to 4:30 p.m. Due to impending bad weather that is headed to the Dallas-Fort Worth area, the scheduled Mean Green home game was moved to Arlington in order to be played earlier.
Today's contest was a planned charity game benefiting ovarian cancer and the American Cancer Society. The Mean Green has postponed the charity activities and will try to reschedule the benefit for a future home date in April.
