BRYAN, Texas - The North Texas men's golf team was unable to complete even a full round of play before The Aggie Invitational was canceled on Sunday morning after a day full of weather delays on Saturday, when the teams were scheduled to play 36 holes but many teams were unable to complete the opening 18.
When played was halted on Saturday, the Mean Green were in eighth place, led by Viktor Forslund and Lenny Bergsson, who were 1-under par and even-par, respectively, with a handful of holes remaining in the first round.
UNT will now prepare for the Conference USA Championships April 21-24 in Texarkana, Texas.
