A top-10 opponent awaits the Mean Green three hours and 16 minutes north of Denton as North Texas squares off with #9/10 Oklahoma State. The Mean Green and Cowgirls are meeting up for the second time this season after Oklahoma State shut out North Texas 2-0 on February 23 in Conroe as part of the Blizzard Challenge. North Texas enters the matchup having won seven of its last 10.

North Texas vs. Oklahoma State
• The Mean Green and Cowgirls are meeting for the 21st all-time matchup and second this season, the Cowgirls hold a 15-5 series advantage and have won the previous six matchups and five-straight contests in Stillwater.
• Oklahoma State won the previous matchup in Conroe earlier this season, knocking off the Mean Green 2-0 during the Blizzard Challenge.
• North Texas' most recent win over Oklahoma State came on Feb. 28, 2015 in Conroe by a score of 4-0. The last Mean Green win in Stillwater came on Mar. 20, 2013 by a score of 4-3.
• The Cowgirls have won seven of their last 10 matchups including going 3-2 this past weekend during the Mizuno Classic in Stillwater. Oklahoma State is 6-0 at home this season.
