Men's Golf Opens Play at Trinity Forest in Dallas

DALLAS - The UNT men's golf team opened up play on Sunday at the Trinity Forest Invitational at Trinity Forest Golf Club and were led by freshman Alex Huang's 2-under 70, as the Mean Green enter Monday's second round in a tie for 12th place with Abilene Christian at 4-over par.

Huang carded five birdies on the day, including a pair on his first two holes of the day, and is tied for 23rd going into Monday's round.

The Mean Green will paired with NC State and UTRGV on Monday with tee times beginning at 8:55 a.m.
