• While competing as an individual at the North Texas Intercollegiate, Lord tied for first before losing on the eighth hole of a sudden-death playoff after shooting a 78-69-71-218

• Began his career at ULM before transferring to Lincoln Memorial after his freshman season and playing there for three seasons
• Earned PING NCAA DII All-American honorable mention status as a senior at LMU with a 73.34 scoring average
