In 2025, White led the Bronchos to its second NCAA Division II Women's College World Series appearance in three years, posting the second-best win total in program history with 52 victories.
Under White's guidance, UCO developed elite talent with 23 All-Americans and 62 All-Region honorees, including three Division II Collegiate Commissioners Association Central Region Player of the Year winners. He coached 77 all-conference performers, including 34 first-team honorees, while seven captured league player or pitcher of the year awards.
Before becoming UCO's head coach, White served as the program's first full-time assistant coach as he helped the Bronchos capture its first NCAA Division II National Championship in 2013. The coaching staff earned the 2013 NFCA Division II National and Regional Coaching Staff of the Year award.
