Head coach Rodney DeLong brought in two-time WCWS champion Raegan Rogers as a volunteer assistant before the 2022 season.
Prior to taking the position, Rogers played professionally with the USSSA Pride in 2019 where she won the Cowles Cup Championship. Since then she’s conducted numerous camps, including working with MLB Develops.
Rogers was a four-year letterwinner at the University of Oklahoma with a career .301 batting average including .319 and .321 in junior and senior years, respectively. The Sooners won it all in ‘16 and ‘17 as well as Big 12 titles each of her four years on campus. Rogers also stands fifth all-time in stolen-base percentage at the storied program.
