DENTON (2/27/05) - Due to poor field conditions, the North Texas Mean Green Classic has cancelled its games on Sunday.

Six games were played on Friday and two on Saturday before the rain swept into the area. Games were pushed back to Sunday, but the fields were unplayable.

North Texas went 1-2 in the tournament with an 8-6 win against New Mexico. The Mean Green is planning to reschedule a game for Monday, Feb. 28.
