Softball Conference Championship Available On Web

NEW ORLEANS (5/10/05) - The Sun Belt Conference has announced today that the entire 2005 Aeropostale Softball Championship will be broadcast over the web at www.sunbeltsports.tv. The league has again teamed with XOS technologies to bring the tournament to the web.
The entire tournament, which runs from May 12-14 in Bowling Green, Kentucky, will be available to subscribers for a fee of $9.95. Louisiana-Lafayette, a Women’s College World Series participant in 2003, will enter the tournament as the No. 1 seed, followed by host Western Kentucky.
North Texas enters the Sun Belt Conference tournament with a 13-36 overall record and a 6-14 league mark. The Mean Green, seeded fifth, plays fourth-seed New Mexico State on Thursday, May 12 at 11 am in Bowling Green, KY.
