Mean Green Softball Game Canceled

Mobile, Ala. (3/15/09) - The third game between the North Texas softball team and South Alabama was canceled because of poor weather conditions on Sunday morning.
The two teams began the third game on Saturday afternoon in doubleheader action, but the match was halted due to rain.North Texas won the first game on Friday night and took the first game of the doubleheader on Saturday as well.
The Mean Green (14-10) returns to action on Tuesday, March 17 when it hosts UTA at home at 6 pm in a Strikeout Cancer Game.
