Men's Golf Opens Play At All-American

HUMBLE, Texas - The UNT men's golf team opened up play on Monday at the All-American Intercollegiate at the Golf Club of Houston and sits in 10th place out of 21 teams entering Tuesday's final round of play.
After 36 holes on Monday, the Mean Green are led by junior Tucker Allen, who's 1-over par and tied for 23rd heading into the final round, and the team shot an even-par 288 in Round 1 followed by a second-round 301. Junior Vicente Marzilio is 3-over par and tied for 33rd entering Tuesday's final round.
In the All-American Individual Tournament, graduate student Lenny Bergsson is tied for sixth after two rounds at 2-over, after shooting a 75-71.
