Men's Golf Wrapping Up Fall Slate in Little Rock

The Mean Green are back in action after a strong showing in Dallas last week, as they close out the fall schedule in Little Rock.
THE EVENT: The two-day event begins Monday and concludes Tuesday with 36 holes on Monday before the final 18 on Tuesday. There will be an 8:30 a.m., shotgun start on Monday, and a shotgun start Tuesday at 9 a.m.

THE FIELD:Â There are 15 teams participating in the tournament:Â Ball State, Central Arkansas, Kansas City, Lamar, Lipscomb, Little Rock, Louisiana, Oral Roberts, SIU-Edwardsville, South Carolina, Southern Illinois, Troy, UAB, ULM and UNT.

REPRESENTING UNT: Competing for the Mean Green will be Dawson Meek, Alex Huang, Blake Keen, James Tureskis, and Joe Stover. Dylan Allen will compete as an individual and will be making his Mean Green debut.
RESULTS:Â Live results will be posted on Leaderboard King. Full recaps from each day of competition will be posted on MeanGreenSports.com at the end of each round.Â
DF-DUB:Â The Mean Green feature five players who are native to Dallas-Fort Worth this year: Key Coker (Dallas), Alex Huang (Plano), Blake Keen (Burleson), Rohit Madireddi (Flower Mound), Joe Stover (Dallas). Coker and Stover were high school teammates at Texas powerhouse Highland Park and won a Class 5A state championship together.

UP NEXT: UNT will begin the spring schedule in Cancun at the Vaqueros Intercollegiate at Iberostar Playa Paraiso Golf Club, on Feb. 2-4.
HOME SWEET HOME: The Mean Green golf programs are thrilled to have the Bruzzy's UNT Golf Practice Facility, which is a $3 million on-campus facility that features state-of-the-art technology, such as TrackMan, swing catalysts, indoor hitting bays, a short-game area and a PuttView indoor putting green.
