Huang Near Top of Leaderboard Through Two Rounds

HUMACAO, Puerto Rico - The UNT men's golf team continued play at the Palmas del Mar Intercollegiate on Monday and made it midway through the third round before play was stopped with the completion of the final round set for Tuesday morning.
The Mean Green finished the second round tied for eighth after a 7-over 295 to put them at 4-over for the tournament before the third round began.
UNT was once again led by freshman Alex Huang, who shot his second straight 2-under 70 to end the second round in a tie for fifth at 4-under. Huang was followed by senior James Tureskis, who entered the final round in a tie for 21st at even-par after his second-round 73.
