Softball Postpones Home Opener

Weather delays highly anticipated matchup with No. 11 Texas Tech to Feb. 26
DENTON, Texas – Due to winter weather in the forecast, UNT softball postponed Tuesday's home opener at Lovelace Stadium against No. 11 Texas Tech to Feb. 26 at 2 p.m.
Patrons with paid tickets to the originally scheduled contest who would like to utilize their purchased tickets to the game on Wednesday, Feb. 26 will need to take no further action as their tickets will remain valid and may be scanned upon entry. Those patrons wishing to exchange their ticket for another date or would like to request a refund, please respond to the communications in your email inbox from the UNT Athletics Ticket Office or call 940-565-2527. Any tickets that become available for the rescheduled contest will go on-sale to the general public on Friday at noon.
The Mean Green will travel to the Boerner Invitational hosted by UT Arlington on Saturday.
