Men's Golf Opens Play at Seminole Intercollegiate

THOMASVILLE, Ga. - The UNT men's golf team opened up action at the Seminole Intercollegiate on Monday with 36 holes of play and enter Tuesday's final round in 15th place after shooting a 282-300 in the first two rounds.

The Mean Green got off to a hot start and were tied for fifth after the completion of the opening round but struggled in the second round as they were playing with just four golfers after Dawson Meek withdrew following the opening round.

UNT was led by freshman Blake Keen, who enters Tuesday's final round tied for 27th at 2-over par after shooting a 70-72.

The Mean Green will be paired on Tuesday with Wisconsin and UNCW, and fans can follow the event live on Golfstat.
