Men's Basketball Travels To UAB Sunday For Final Road Test

BIRMINGHAM, Alabama – The UNT men's basketball team is at UAB Sunday morning for its final road game of the regular season.
The Mean Green (16-13, 7-9) and Blazers (18-10, 9-6) are scheduled to tip-off at 11 a.m. CT from Bartow Arena. The game will be broadcast on the Mean Green Sports Networked, presented by Learfield on KHYI 95.3 FM and on ESPNU.
North Texas on Sunday can clinch a spot in the 2026 American Conference Championship with a win over UAB combined with losses by both Rice and East Carolina who each play Sunday as well.
Sunday will be the 24th all-time meeting between UNT and UAB. The Blazers lead the all-time series history 13-9 but the two programs have split their eight all-time meetings in Birmingham evenly.
Following Sunday's game the Mean Green return to the Super Pit Wednesday to host Rice for the regular season finale.
