The Mean Green will host the North Texas Intercollegiate at their home course, Maridoe Golf Club.
THE EVENT: Maridoe Golf Club will play at 7,388 yards, and will be a par-72 course for the tournament. The two-day event begins Monday and concludes Tuesday with 36 holes set for Monday and the final 18 scheduled for Tuesday. Both days will begin with shotgun starts at 8:30 a.m.

THE FIELD:Â There are six teams participating in the tournament: SFA, Tarleton State, UIW, ULM, UNT and UTA.

REPRESENTING UNT: Competing for the Mean Green will be Simon Roessler, Tucker Allen, Diego Prone, Cody Winkler and Key Coker. Rafael Estrada, Preston Holmes, Harry Lord, Rohit Madireddi, Dawson Meek and Alvaro Roldos will compete as individuals.

INTERNATIONAL FLAVOR: The Mean Green feature seven international players this year. Rafael Estrada (Mexico), Nikhil Gopal (South Africa), Harry Lord (England), Diego Prone (Argentina), Simon Roessler (Chile), Alvaro Roldos (Spain) and Philippe Thorin (Ecuador) round out the international players. Meanwhile, four players (Tucker Allen, Preston Holmes, Key Coker and Cody Winkler) are native Texans.

UP NEXT:Â UNT will head to Florida for the American Athletic Conference Championship on April 19-21, at Pelican Golf Club in Bellaire, Florida.Â
HOME SWEET HOME: The Mean Green golf programs are thrilled to have the Bruzzy's UNT Golf Practice Facility, which is a $3 million on-campus facility that features state-of-the-art technology, such as TrackMan, swing catalysts, indoor hitting bays, a short-game area and a PuttView indoor putting green.
