The Mean Green are back in action and will host the Maridoe Intercollegiate at their home course at Maridoe Golf Club, one of the most prestigious and difficult courses in the state.
THE EVENT: The two-day event begins Monday and concludes Tuesday with 36Â holes on the opening day and the final 18 on Tuesday. There will be shotgun starts on both days at 8 a.m.

THE FIELD:Â There are 13 teams participating in the tournament, including four top-15 teams in the country: No. 14 Alabama, No. 3 Arizona State, Baylor, Boston College, Elon, Louisiana Tech, No. 7 Oklahoma, No. 4 Oklahoma State, Sam Houston, ULM, UNCG, UNT and UTRGV.

REPRESENTING UNT: Competing for the Mean Green will be James Tureskis, Alex Huang, Joe Stover, Dawson Meek and Blake Keen. Rafael Estrada, Loic Ettlin, Rohit Madireddi, Key Coker, Dylan Allen and Alvaro Roldos will compete as individuals.Â

DF-DUB:Â The Mean Green feature five players who are native to Dallas-Fort Worth this year: Key Coker (Dallas), Alex Huang (Plano), Blake Keen (Burleson), Rohit Madireddi (Flower Mound), Joe Stover (Dallas). Coker and Stover were high school teammates at Texas powerhouse Highland Park and won a Class 5A state championship together.

UP NEXT: UNT will play at the Aggie Invitational on April 12-13 at Traditions Golf Club in Bryan, Texas.
HOME SWEET HOME: The Mean Green golf programs are thrilled to have the Bruzzy's UNT Golf Practice Facility, which is a $3 million on-campus facility that features state-of-the-art technology, such as TrackMan, swing catalysts, indoor hitting bays, a short-game area and a PuttView indoor putting green.
